Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Free Collection: Select this option at checkout. Collection is available from Sittingbourne, Kent. We'll email you the collection address within 24 hours to arrange pickup.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached.

To Initiate a Return: Contact us at senti@sentialign.com with your order number and we will email you the return address and instructions.

Note: Collection is not available for returns. All returns must be shipped to our return address.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at senti@sentialign.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
