RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Worn or washed items
Items without original tags
Items damaged due to improper care

HOW TO RETURN

Contact Us

Email us at senti@sentialign.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

We will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Ship Your Items

Ship the items back to us using the provided return instructions. Note: We do not offer collection for returns.

Receive Refund

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We ship within the UK only.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Collection is not available for returns.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange for a different color (black, brown, burgundy, or beige) subject to availability. Contact us at senti@sentialign.com to arrange an exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at senti@sentialign.com.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
